EXCHANGES

We ask that you return your item within 30 days from the date you received it. Your TravelEyez should be unused, in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging, with your receipt. Do include specifics of what you are wanting to exchange it with! We can exchange it with a product of similar value, but you can specify a different color. If you need a different size we will just charge you the difference. We ask you to pay for the shipping return to us, unless the mistake is ours and we sent you an item you didn’t order (Hey, we’re not perfect either!). We will take care of getting the new items back to you.
